An alternate to Curd Rice?

This Filmy Friday we bring you a healthy and tasty replacement from the house of our heartthrob hero Srikanth aka Sriram. Let's start cooking.
Cook time: 10-15 mins Serves - 2
Ingredients:
Semiya - 1cup
Water - 1 glass
Tadaka - 1/2tbsp
Red Dried Chilies - 2 chopped
Curry leaves - 5 leaves
Salt - A pinch (as per requirement)
Optional:
Fruits - Black grapes - 5-10
Dry fruits - Kismis - 5-10
Cashews - 5-10
How to Cook?
Take a kadai and heat it on a medium flame and pre heat the kadai.
Once the kadai is heated add ghee to it and once its heated add the Semiya to it and roast it until it turns to light golden brown colour.
Once it is roasted add water to it and let it cook until it softens.
Once the Semiya is softens drain out the excess water (if any) and add it to a plate or a bowl.
Now heat the kadai and add oil to it. Once the oil is heated add tadaka, dried red chilies and curry leaves and fry them. once they are fried set them aside and let it cool down.
Now take the drained Semiya and add curd and salt to it and mix it together.
Now add the tadaka and give it a good mix.
You can add the fruits and dry fruits to it as a topping or mix it well and there you go. Semiya Bagalabath is ready to serve and eat.
