The Sweet Cooling Water


Okay we came up with this name and we are not lying about this. This drink is a water based and is a perfect coolant for your body during summers.

Total Preparation Time: 20 mins - Servers - 4 

Requirements:

Water - 1liter/4 glasses
Jaggery - 1/4 kg
Elachi - 4-5nos.
Balck Pepper - 1tbsp
Mint leaves - 10-12 nos.

How to Brew?

  1. Take the jaggery and smash it into fine powder or paste.
  2. Take elachi and black pepper and grind them separately and coarsely.
  3. Now take the water at room temperature and then add jaggery little by little until it dissolves in the water. You can adjust the quantity of the jaggery as for your preference on how sweet you want the drink to be.
  4. Now add the smashed or grinded elachi and black pepper to the drink and stir well.
  5. Once everything is mixed drop in a few mint leaves and the drink is ready.
  6. Pour the drink into the glass, garnish with a mint leaf and serve it.
  7. If you prefer your drinks cold, you can refrigerate it till its chilled and then serve.
